Upon your arrival, you are welcomed to Santiago! After your flight you will be met and a private transfer will pick you up from Santiago Airport to take you to your selected hotel.
Santiago Bike City Tour
A private transfer will pick you up from the Hotel to take you to the meeting point. Discover the places, people and attractions that define the Center of Santiago as you are taken through the painful recent political history that surrounds General Pinochet’s Military Coup in 1973. You will visit sites that are very important to Chileans, including a spectacular Cultural Center . This tour will give you new knowledge and unforgettable memories of Santiago.
A private transfer will pick you up from the meeting point to take you to your Hotel.
The following day, you will visit the markets.
Market Visits and Cooking Class
It is often said that cuisine is the best way to truly experience the heart of a city, and that is what this tour is made for. Cook authentic Chilean dishes in an informal and friendly environment where you will learn the passion of the Chilean cuisine and have fun doing it. All cooking classes are hands-on, using the freshest of local ingredients. They offer semi-private classes 100% English in small group from 2 to 10 people, an appropriate size to enjoy and learn. A private transer will pick you up from the Hotel to take you to the meeting point.
You will meet at 09:00 AM savoring the morning, at the Mercado Central, and then continue to La Vega Central, the popular fruit and vegetable market and the perfect place to discover new flavors. After buying what you need, you will take a taxi to the cooking workshop located in the beautiful Barrio Italia where your chef-instructor will guide you through the preparation of simple but delicious Chilean recipes and reveal some of his culinary secrets. Following the class, guests will enjoy a feast of Chilean dishes complemented by excellent Chilean Wines we specially choose to pair with the menu prepared at the class. A private transfer will pick you up to take you from the meeting point to the Hotel. Including: visit at the market, cooking class, meal pair with wines, printed recipes, transportation from market to our kitchen and apron.
For your final day in Santiago, you will take a trip out to the countryside.
Chilean Country Side
A private transfer will pick you up from the hotel and take you to Matetic Vinyard. When you arrive at the vineyard, choose one of the activities that are available to you, you can choose between: biking, horseback riding or hiking, to enjoy a unique experience that will take you to discover the essence of the Chilean countryside, between native forests, sheep and alpacas.
It is a fantastic outdoor excursion that will allow you to enjoy the native flora and fauna of the Valley in an unforgettable atmosphere of tranquillity. Then enjoy the Corralillo Tour, starting at the Wine Cellar, where visitors will be warmly welcomed by a bilingual guide who will invite them to tour the Wine Cellar enjoying panoramic views of the vineyards. This is a perfect place to learn about the wine process and organic and biodynamic agriculture. Culminating with a Corralillo wine tasting, either in the underground tasting room or on the outside terrace overlooking the vineyards. Then enjoy the Corralillo Tour ending with a delicious Rosario menu lunch or country barbecue at the Restaurant Equilibrio. A private transfer will pick you up from Matetic Vinyard to Hotel.

Day 4 will see you transport from Santiago to Pucon. A private transfer will pick you up to take you to Santiago Airport for your flight. A private transfer will pick you up from Temuco Airport to take you to your selected hotel.
The next day sees you further explore Pucon.
Pucon
You will leave from Pucón until you reach the Volcano Ski Center, from where the ascent begins. You will walk for 4 to 5 hours with your group and the expert guide, enjoying an incredible view that improves as you go up.
The panoramic view from the summit, at an altitude of 2850 m, is spectacular, being able to see eight imposing volcanoes around us: Llaima, Lonquimay, Sierra Nevada, Quetrupillán, Lanin, Choshuenco, Osorno and Tolhuaca. In addition, you will be able to see the beautiful lakes Caburgua, Calafquén, Huilipun, Neltume, Panguipulli and Villarrica.
It is recommended you layer up for this expedition as there can be adverse weather at the summit.
For your last day in Pucon, explore its natural beauty.
Huerquehue National Park
Pucon is the native land of the indigenous Mapuche people, the surrounding region offers a wide selection of hiking / trekking excursions. In the company of one of the experienced guides, explore national parks that have lush forests, lakes and lagoons, waterfalls, hot springs and a large territory with majestic snow-capped volcanoes.
Discover the beauty of the Huerquehue National Park and enjoy various trekking options. Each excursion requires sturdy hiking shoes, hat or cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen (walking sticks and a small backpack are optional). Tours vary according to levels of difficulty, duration and restrictions. Some excursions are available depending on the season. On this day you also benefit from a complimentary boxed lunch.

A private transfer will pick you up from your Hotel to take you to Temuco Airport. You will go to Santiago and stay the night by the airport.
