Sands offers lunches featuring salads, sandwiches, grilled treats and other lighter dishes. In the evening, the menu is a blend of traditional and international cuisine with Asian twists. The restaurant also hosts a weekly barbecue and live entertainment for special occasions. Sands is open 12:00pm – 3:00pm for lunch and 6:30pm – 9:30pm for dinner. The restaurant has a casual dress code and kindly asks guests not to dine in swimwear as it is not appropriate.

For an al fresco evening in stylish surroundings, dine at the Reef restaurant. The restaurant prides themselves on serving authentic Polynesian flavours across their menu and bistro-style dishes. The restaurant hosts live traditional Polynesian dancing and serves a mouth-watering buffet of themed dishes to compliment these evenings. The restaurant is open from 6:30am – 10:30am for breakfast and 6:30pm – 9:30pm for dinner with a causal dress code (no swimming costumes) for all diners.

Luxurious and exclusive dining experiences with InterContinental Bora Bora can be found at the Le Corail restaurant. With intimate surroundings and romantic decor, the restaurant is the perfect backdrop for gourmet cuisine. The largest collection of old and new world wines combined with exquisite French cooking from the executive chef will set your tastebuds alight. Le Corail sets a stricter dress code for their dining room compared with the other dining spaces at InterContinental Bora Bora.
