There are three room types availabe: Standard, Doble, and Parlour Suite.  Standard features a single double bed, Doble feautures two double beds, and the Parlor Suite offers a King size bed with a living room. All accomodation features electronic card access, AC, a TV, WiFi, desk, phone, and a security box.

For guests’ enjoyment, there is a lobby bar, a computer room, gym, and laundry service. There are also four on-site restaurants and bars (El Cafetal, Cafe Vienes, Bar Biltmore, and Giuseppe Verdi).
