Kamalame Cay is situated on the eastern coast of Andros Island, one of the main islands that constitute the Bahamas. It is south-west of the capital of Nassau and near to the Queen’s Highway, the island’s main road that can take you to the likes of Andros Town. The Blue Holes National Park is also nearby.

The two-level, four bedroom villa is the island’s biggest villa and sleeps up to 10 guests in 4 suites. Its massive great room offers wide ocean views and is lined with French doors that open onto an extensive veranda that surrounds three sides of the property. The open plan living & dining room is offset by a fully-equipped kitchen and free-standing wet bar.
Two of the four suites, each with an en-suite bath and soaking tub, are directly connected to the great room. The other two, located on the villa’s upper level, are connected as via beautiful verandas. Put simply, Cocoanut offers tropical island living at its finest.

The dynamic menus change daily, with classic breakfasts, languid lunches and afternoon snacks all taking on a new look each day. Through fine dining, the venue takes on a classier, candle-lit turn during sunset.
Just off the Great House, the ocean-view Lounge features a sand floor and is bordered by lush jungle foliage. Sheltered by a rainproof portico and scattered with generous daybeds and throw pillows, it’s the perfect spot to relax during daytime hours with a book and a glass of wine or play a game of Scrabble with friends. In the evening, its lanterns and candles are lit as The Lounge morphs into a cocktail party.
The hotel’s cosy Monkey Bar is designed with a ‘More is More’ style, with lavish interiors and high-class furniture.
