The Pacuare Lodge is one of Costa Rica’s premier ecolodges, nestled in Pacuare Protected Zone and overlooking the spectacular Pacuare River, which is considered to be one of the world’s most scenic rivers. Inspired by its magnificent natural setting, the spacious Nairi Awari main lodge overlooks the Pacuare River, the palm-thatched; two-story structure boasts solid teak floors, a wine cellar, tropical flowers and plenty of fresh air. There is so much to be enjoyed. From the gracefully towering main house, built in the style and craftsmanship of Caribbean-inspired architecture, to the 20 exquisite, stand-alone suites and villas; the secluded and peaceful riverfront spa; and the remarkable infinity swimming pool emerging from the rainforest to hover over the river’s edge.
As National Geographic aptly notes, “Visitors come for the adventure and stay for the romance at Pacuare.”
