Designed to keep in harmony with the surrounding environment, each bungalow at Punta Rucia Lodge is designed with touches that connect to nature, built with simple and natural materials which exude tranquility in under the incredible towering V-shaped roof. The Superior Garden View bungalow includes one king-sized bed, one twin bed and a sofa to relax on. With a private terrace to enjoy the lush greenery surround you, peace is guaranteed. Each bungalow comes with a flat-screen TV, coffee maker, air-conditioning and mini fridge, among other amenities.

These spacious beachfront bungalows are complete with a king-sized bed, sofa, and a desk, and a private terrace on which to soak up the sun in privacy. These bungalows have occupancy for two guests.

The most spacious of the seaside bungalows, the luxurious Master Bungalow Ocean Front has been fitted with its own jacuzzi, as well as a private dining area for two, perfect for a romantic getaway.

One of the lodge’s family-oriented bungalows, the Connecting Bungalow includes two separate rooms, one with a king-sized bed, the other with two twin beds, with the capability of hosting five guests. The bungalow includes a private dining area perfect for family time.

With two connecting rooms, one with an ocean view, the Family bungalow can host four people. With a king-sized bed, a twin bed and a sofa, as well as many of the modern amenities, the Family Bungalow is paradise for the whole family.

Where seaside or poolside, you can indulge in the beautifully natural dishes created by the Chef at Punta Rucia. Made with all-local, indigenous ingredients, you will devour the creative meals and long-savour the unique experience of dining at the chic and relaxed Punta Rucia restaurant. You can even sit at the chef’s table and indulge in dishes you have watched him prepare.

Travel 25 minutes by boat to reach the stunning white sands of Cayo Arena. It’s crystal-clear waters make it the perfect spot to snorkel and scuba dive.

Punta Rucia Bay is a nature-lover’s paradise and it happens to be one of the only places on the planet to view the prehistoric and wonderful manatees in their natural habitat. The protected area is also home to stunning white and red mangroves you can explore, as you soak in the natural wonders that the Dominican Republic has to offer.

Travel one hour by car to the Northern Corridor Mountain Range where nestled in the nature are the ‘Pools of Damajagua’. Here you can climb around and jump in the waterfalls that cascade effortlessly over rock-faces and immerse yourself in the refreshing waters.
