From experiencing the meandering waterways of the Okavango Delta to the vast open vista of the Central Kalahari, this itinerary ticks off all the contrasting highlights of Botswana. A stay in Chobe National Park, home to the highest concentration of elephants in Africa, followed by witnessing the magnitude of the mighty Victoria Falls concludes this trip of a lifetime.

Example Itinerary

(B) Breakfast, (L) Lunch, (D) Dinner

Upon arrival at Maun Airport, guests will be met by a representative and transferred by light aircraft to the border of the Central Kalahari Game Reserve.

The Central Kalahari Game Reserve is the largest reserve in Southern Africa and is home to an abundance of wildlife. Desert species such as the black maned Kalahari lion, bat eared fox and oryx can all be spotted here.

While here, guests can explore the Kalahari animals on day and night game drives or enjoy an excursion with the local San Bushmen. The days are rounded off with dinner under the stars listening to the sounds of the African bush.

The Kalahari is a unique destination that is also seasonal. Many migratory animals such as zebra and antelope move to the Kalahari during the green season, when the rains attract them to fresh mineral rich grazing. Predators however are territorial and do not move around, which means at all times of the year guests will have the chance to spot the iconic black maned Kalahari lion and amazing cheetah populations.
