The Hanasanshou Restaurant is located on the 25th floor of the Shiodome Media Tower, and features stunning views of the cityscape of Tokyo. With seven set menu’s to choose from, including a Soup menu and Japanese Sake menu, as well as a range of ‘a la carte’ dishes, diners can elect to try a unique and exciting cuisine.

This 16 seater marble top bar exudes exclusivity and luxury. With a wide range of cocktails, fine wines and whiskies available, there is something for everyone to savour. Open throughout the evening, guests can enjoy the modern decor and the gentle views of Tokyo at night.

From the moment you arrive at the Park Hotel Tokyo, it is evident that Japanese art has greatly influenced the decor of the hotel. Featuring an art Atrium spreading across ten floors, there is a wide range of paintings, sculptures and drawings for guests to explore. The Corridor Gallery showcases some of the most stunning contemporary art pieces crafted by Japanese artists. An experience like no other, the Art Exhibition and Gallery that flows through the hotel is a must-do for those guests that truly appreciate art and it’s many forms.

The Park Hotel Tokyo is committed to helping the local community flourish. Due to the artistic nature of the hotel, they are dedicated to encouraging disadvantaged people to participate in the culture of Art. This includes the creation of art venues throughout the hotel and open galleries. A permanent feature of the hotel is the exhibition on the 32nd floor of the Park Hotel Tokyo, this is a cooperation with the Paralym Art organisation. This organisation provides those with disabilities with the opportunity to create stunning artistic pieces. Also, all the proceeds made from the vending machines at the hotel are donated to the Paralym Art organisation. This dedication by the Park Hotel Tokyo highlights their commitment to providing sustainable opportunities for disadvantaged people in Japan.

The Park Hotel Tokyo endeavours to use Rainforest Alliance and Fairtrade certified products, where possible. They actively select coffee beans that are certified by these organisations, and through this, they support the aims of these not-for-profits in ensuring sustainable living in developing countries.

In order to reduce the impact of the Park Hotel Tokyo on the environment, they have implemented a number of practices in order to combat global warming. One such measure involves the reduction of plastic products that are used within the hotel. All plastic cups have been replaced a bamboo alternative, which is bio-degradable and therefore greatly reduces the impact of the hotel’s operations on the environment. Also, the Park Hotel Tokyo have eradicated the use of all plastic straws from their restaurant and bar, instead using paper straws. Furthermore, the Park Hotel is promoting the use of LED lighting, which has a lesser impact on the environment than normal light options. Currently, 80% of the building’s lighting is using LED bulbs, and the Park Hotel is aiming for all lights to be powered by LED bulbs.
